What is VALUEX?+
VALUEX is an application that runs Value Stream Mapping — one of the core lean tools — in the browser: current- and future-state maps, automatic flow metrics, AI waste analysis, revision comparison and PDF outputs in one place.
Which metrics does it calculate?+
Total lead time (inventory days + process cycle times converted to days), value-added time, process cycle efficiency (PCE), takt time (shift time ÷ daily demand) and the bottleneck (the process with the longest cycle time). The formulas are written out in the in-app guide.
How does the AI analysis work?+
When you press the Waste Analysis button, your current-state map data is sent to grupas.ai; a report returns with an assessment of each of the 7 wastes, bottleneck and lead time / PCE commentary and prioritized recommendations. It never runs on its own; the final decision is always your team's.
Which license models are available? What are the prices?+
Monthly subscription, annual subscription, purchase (perpetual license) and a project license for Grupas projects. Pricing depends on the license model and the number of users — contact us through the demo / quote form.
Does it need installation?+
No. VALUEX runs in the browser; a separate environment and a separate database are prepared by Grupas for each customer.
