Which metrics does it calculate?+
Total lead time (inventory days + process cycle times converted to days), value-added time, process cycle efficiency (PCE), takt time (shift time ÷ daily demand) and the bottleneck (the process with the longest cycle time). The formulas are written out in the in-app guide.
How does the AI analysis work?+
When you press the Waste Analysis button, your current-state map data is sent to grupas.ai; a report returns with an assessment of each of the 7 wastes, bottleneck and lead time / PCE commentary and prioritized recommendations. It never runs on its own; the final decision is always your team's.
