Future-State Design
Design the target flow on top of the current map.
The future-state map designs the flow you want to reach from waste findings and improvement ideas. It starts with one click from a copy of the current state; you reduce inventory, add supermarkets and kanban and rework the processes.

Start from a copy
On the Future State tab, take a copy of the map with 'Start from current state'; reduce inventory, add supermarkets and kanban.

Share the target map
Download the future-state map as a vector PDF identical to the screen and share it with the team or management.
Screens are shown with sample company data; the application interface is in Turkish.
Purpose
To show the path from current to target state in the same language, with the same symbols and the same metrics.
